Document required：

In general, copy commercial invoice is enough. 

Document with main content as below：

Consignee：Company、Address、EORI(France/Germany)、Contact、Telephone .

Product: Commodity、Quantity、Unit price、Value、material、usage、HS code. 

Calculation:

Volumetric weight: L*W*H(CM)/5000   1CBM=200KG

Chargeable weight : Gross weight of each carton compared to total volumetric weight of each carton, then the bigger one is the chargeable weight, total final chargeable weight is each carton chargeable weight total.

Prohibited products:

1.Explosive, flammable, Corrosive, toxic, strong acid, strong alkaline and adioactive, dangerous products, such as detonators, gunpowder, firecrackers, gasoline, alcohol, kerosene, tung oil, lacquer, matches, pesticides and so on.

2.Such as arms, weapons, domestic or foreign currency and other prohibited products.

3.Such as fish, meat and other perishable items.

4. Reactionary newspapers, magazines, promotional materials and obscene or indecent articles.

5.White powder

Package accepted: box, carton, wooden case, pallet and other.

Special rules:

1.Route surcharge:USD0.7/KG, min charge is USD35per shipment.

2.USD5 will rise if consignee address(USA/Canada/Puerto Rico) is residential

3.USD142 will rise if (2L+2W+H)>330CM or weight of each carton>68KG, parcel will be delivered to America or Canada residential area.

4.Textile: Invoice must state percent+material+production way+man/woman+commodity

5.PCB: PCB form needed

6.Electronics:FCC(America)

7.Payment invoice: UK and Switzerland

8.EORI NO:France and Germany

9.Spain: No service in Ceuta/ MELILLA city.

10.Micronesia:Max weight of each carton: 30KG

11.West coast in USA：80000-81699、83200-83999、84000-84799、85000-86599、89000-89899、90000-96699、97000-97999、98000-99499,others is east coast.
